Job summary

Southdown is seeking a Mental Health Support Coordinator Team Manager in Brighton with travel across the Brighton and Hove area. The role offers 37 hours per week and a salary of £34,800 per year.

You will lead teams delivering targeted mental health and holistic support, working in GP surgeries, Southdown buildings and community locations. You will be responsible for risk assessment and removing barriers to clients receiving support.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or transferable skills.
• DBS check (paid for by Southdown).
• Willingness to travel across Brighton and Hove area.
