Teign Core Mental Health Team within Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to provide community-based care, assessment and recovery-focused support.

Qualifications

• Understanding of NSF and Mental Health Act/ Mental Health Capacity Act requirements.
• Understanding CPA Process.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients with diverse mental health issues.
• Ability to be mobile across a geographical area.
