Zusammenfassung

Devon Partnership Trust is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join Teign Core Mental Health Team. You will manage a reasonably sized caseload, support assessment functions, and work autonomously in the community with strong clinical skills and a focus on recovery.

The role offers shadowing/training opportunities and potential for flexible working arrangements. Applicants with lived experience of mental health and/or learning disabilities are warmly encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate experience in two inpatient settings or substantial mental health/learning disabilities experience.
• Knowledge of NSF and Mental Health Act/Capacity Act and CPA process.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with clients with diverse mental health needs.

• Provide autonomous community-based clinical assessments and care planning.
• Support assessment function and collaborate with other agencies to promote recovery.
• Demonstrate sound clinical skills and ongoing professional development.
