Job summary

Tal seeks a skilled post holder to integrate into a multi-disciplinary team and deliver assessment, psychosocial interventions and evidence-based recovery-oriented care. The role includes contributing to clinical leadership, supervising colleagues, and supporting service development and evaluation.

The post holder will work to meet patients’ health and social needs, provide high-quality care, and collaborate with other team members and agencies to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and plan interventions.
• Proven experience delivering psychosocial interventions and recovery-focused care.
• Ability to oversee clinical practice and supervise team members.

Job description

Acting as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will provide assessment, psychosocial, evidence-based interventions using a collaborative, recovery approach and will be skilled at positive risk management. The post holder will contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision for other team members, as agreed with the Team Manager, and participate in team and service development and evaluation.

The post holder will provide a high standard of care and treatment for patients and work with other members of the team and other agencies to best meet the patients' health and social needs.

The post holder could be a RMN, or an experienced Mental Health OT or Social Worker background. Willing to consider a Band 5 developmental role towards Band 6.
