Devon Partnership Trust is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join Teign Core Mental Health Team. You will manage a reasonably sized caseload, support assessment functions, and work autonomously in the community with strong clinical skills and a focus on recovery.
The role offers shadowing/training opportunities and potential for flexible working arrangements. Applicants with lived experience of mental health and/or learning disabilities are warmly encouraged.
We are currently looking for highly motivated and innovative Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join our CMHT.
Teign Core Mental Health Team are a dynamic, nurturing and supportive team where there is excellent peer support and opportunity for development. You will have a reasonably sized caseload and will also support our assessment function as well.
Teign Core Mental Health Team provides compassionate, kind and recovery-focused care to our patients, carers and their families.
You will need to be able to work autonomously in the community and use your own initiative. The successful candidates will have sound clinical skills, with a desire to continue their development as the team grows.
You will also need good assessment and communication skills.
There will be lots of shadowing/training opportunities to help you develop in the role and you will need to work alongside other agencies to promote holistic recovery-focused care.
