NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting a Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join East Renfrewshire Adult CMHT. You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team providing specialist mental health care to adults with complex needs.

The post is permanent, full-time (36 hours) with Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, base location Barrhead Health and Care Centre. You will lead care planning, assessment, and supervision of junior staff, delivering person-centred care and contributing to

Formación

Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
Experience in assessing and managing adults with complex mental health needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide leadership, supervision and support to staff and students.
Knowledge of person-centred care planning and evaluation.
Ability to work effectively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team setting.

Responsabilidades

Manage an allocated caseload independently.
Provide specialist nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Deliver person-centred care to clients with complex health and social care needs.
Supervise and support registered and unregistered nursing staff, including students.
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Provide leadership and support to regulated and unregulated professionals.
