NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team in Helensburgh. You will manage a defined caseload, deliver specialist mental health nursing care and provide leadership to nursing staff in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• NMC RNMH registration is mandatory.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and commitment to lifelong learning.
• Experience in adult mental health services and managing a clinical caseload.

Responsabilités

• Manage a defined caseload with comprehensive assessment, care planning, and discharge arrangements.
• Deliver specialist mental health nursing care in the community.
• Provide leadership, supervision and clinical support to nursing colleagues.
• Liaise with GPs, primary care teams, social care and voluntary agencies to coordinate care.
• Assess and manage clinical and environmental risks to support safe service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports and service development.
