Waythrough is recruiting a Community Link Worker to provide information, advice and direct support to people referred from police custody, courts and prisons across London. The role includes travel across local delivery sites and a blend of office-based and outreach work.

You will operate in a Liaison and Diversion team, build trusting, holistic relationships, advocate for vulnerable adults, and ensure access to mental health and social care services using trauma-informed practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide needs-led, person-centred support following triage and assessment.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, health and social care professionals, criminal justice partners, and wider service colleagues to ensure positive outcomes.
• Build trusting, holistic relationships with clients using trauma-informed approaches and motivational strategies.
• Encourage engagement with peer support networks and individuals with lived experience to enhance recovery and reduce isolation.
