Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Women’s Lead Recovery Coordinator in London to provide holistic, person-centred support for women entering the service, coordinating treatment pathways and recovery goals. You will oversee staff, work with partner agencies, and help women access housing, health and community services.

The role requires experience with complex needs, trauma-informed practice, and a commitment to empowering women toward stable, independent recovery in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, particularly women facing homelessness or substance use.
• Trauma-informed, recovery-focused, person-centred practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging women who have faced adversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to women experiencing homelessness and related challenges, coordinating recovery plans.
• Develop and facilitate women-centred groups and activities to promote confidence and social connection.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to improve access to housing, health and other services.
