Job summary

Homeless Link is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a community-based team delivering support to participants facing homelessness, mental health issues, and addictions. Based primarily in Brighton and Hove, the role includes travel between sites and occasional home working, with central office days in Islington.

You will line-manage staff, ensure high-quality outreach, tenancy sustainment, and compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline leadership and staff supervision.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and travel.
• Understanding trauma-informed approaches and social care contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and leadership to the field team.
• Ensure contract compliance and service monitoring.
• Support tenancy sustainment and independent living through outreach.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee risk management and regulatory requirements.
