Job summary

England Golf is seeking a talented individual to lead the development and delivery of the Community Golf Instructor programme across England. The role requires a strong understanding of the sport, a commitment to inclusion, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality presentations.

The post is full-time, predominantly home-based with regular travel to England for training delivery and meetings, including visits to our National Golf Centre.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of the sporting and coaching landscape within England.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion within sport.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding communication skills with high-quality presentations.
• Experience in project development, coaching or community development planning and delivery of events/trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of the Community Golf Instructor programme.
• Travel across England to support delivery of training and events.
• Coordinate with England Golf HQ and partner organisations to ensure successful programme outcomes.
