Job summary

Moat, a housing association focused on communities, is seeking a Hub Officer for the Stanhope, Ashford hub. You will lead engaging activities, support residents, and help people access new opportunities within a welcoming, vibrant space.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues and volunteers, deliver impactful programmes, and capture success stories to demonstrate positive change across our hub area.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with people of all ages and build trust
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT and admin tasks including data entry and reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities for diverse groups in the hub
• Support residents to build confidence and new skills
• Encourage participation and help people form meaningful connections
• Collaborate with volunteers, staff and local partners on projects
• Identify opportunities to improve lives through innovative programmes
• Capture stories with photos, data and case studies to show impact
• Contribute to developing and improving the community offer
