Job summary

Nacro is seeking a dedicated professional for a Community Accommodation with Support CAS-2 role in Liverpool. The post requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with Enhanced DBS and HMPPS checks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs.
• Strong communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multi-agency team.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual support needs and create person-centred support and safety plans.
• Assist with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims, and rent payments.
• Ensure properties meet the Decent Homes Standard and address maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with probation services, court staff, housing providers, and other agencies.
• Help service users develop practical life skills and prepare for independent living.
• Identify and manage safeguarding concerns and tenancy risks.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure contractual compliance.
