Job summary

P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is hiring a Community Based Support Worker for the Cotswolds. The role is office-based with travel, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, supporting housing, benefits and independent living over six months.

You will partner with local agencies to maximise outcomes, record paperwork on our IT system, and help individuals achieve long-term stability. A full UK driving licence is required and a DBS check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in housing/benefits support is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing, benefits, health, setting up home and independent living support.
• Collaborate with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach.
• Record paperwork accurately on the internal IT system and manage risk.
• Support people in the Cotswolds to achieve positive long-term outcomes.
