Job summary
Sirona care & health CIC has a vacancy for a Community Support Worker to join our Integrated Network Team in the Bristol area. The role involves delivering delegated clinical, therapy and nursing activities in the community, working with an MDT to support service users and families.
Successful candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in community or health settings. The post offers enhanced weekend pay, mileage reimbursement, generous annual leave and NHS benefits,
Qualifications
- Experience in community health or social care settings.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and use of clinical systems.
Responsibilities
- Undertake delegated clinical, therapy & nursing activities to support the service users on the Integrated Network Team caseload.
- Provide a safe, patient-centred and effective clinical activities in the community setting.
- You will work within adults services to deliver a full range of healthcare activities.
- Be able and willing to travel throughout the service delivery geographical area.
- We may require flexible working patterns and weekend coverage as needed.
