Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist service users in their homes and communities. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physiotherapists and nurses to deliver nursing tasks, rehabilitation and personal care, helping people live independently and improve quality of life.

The role offers flexible hours (full and part-time) with enhanced weekend and bank holiday pay, mileage reimbursement and a supportive training package to aid career

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
Experience working in direct patient care in a health or social care setting.
Ability to work without direct supervision to achieve objectives.
Good verbal communication skills and able to use initiative.
Experience using IT systems such as email and EMIS.

Responsibilities

Undertake delegated clinical, therapy and nursing activities to support service users.
Provide safe, patient-centred clinical activities in the community setting.
Deliver a full range of healthcare activities within adults services.
Be flexible to work with other teams or services as needed.
Be willing to travel throughout the service delivery area.
