Who are we looking for?

Someone with a passion for the outdoors who has skills in:

  • General gardening (including physical work like digging, lifting, carrying things).
  • Growing and nurturing plants, trees, and flowers.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role within a diverse community.

A team player. We’re mostly all part-time and/or volunteers relying on, and supporting each other in our roles. We’re a friendly bunch and warmly welcome new team members.

Keen to learn and share knowledge about eco-friendly gardening and growing fruits and vegetables.

You’ll need to be over 18, please.

What difference will you make?

Although based in the garden, you’ll be part of our pilot project which, if successful, will see similar initiatives rolled out across the UK, providing a blueprint for others.
