Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Financial Adviser to cover Pickering and North Yorkshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, face-to-face advice within our branch network, building trusted relationships and providing tailored financial guidance to local customers.

Primarily branch-based, the position requires 3–4 days per week in our North Yorkshire branch network with support from a dedicated administrative team to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Financial Adviser qualification with regulatory compliance understanding.
• Ability to build relationships and provide clear, face-to-face advice.
• Willingness to travel across Pickering and North Yorkshire for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external introducers.
• Manage a structured customer review process, delivering ongoing, tailored support.
• Generate new introductions through trust, rapport and excellent service.
• Contribute to goals across customer satisfaction, quality, business growth and personal development.
• Partner with branch colleagues across Pickering and North Yorkshire to provide clear, expert advice.
