Job summary

Newcastle Financial Advisers is offering an opportunity for a Financial Adviser covering Pickering and North Yorkshire. You’ll build relationships, deliver face-to-face advice and support local communities across the region, with 3–4 days per week in North Yorkshire branches.

You’ll be Level 4 qualified, focused on compliant, high-quality service, and travel will be required. The role emphasizes personal development, customer-centric advice and community impact within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships quickly.
• Track record of achieving advice, customer satisfaction and service targets.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture and grow relationships with introducers and customers.
• Manage a structured customer review process with tailored support.
• Generate new introductions through trust and excellent service.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, quality and business growth.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver clear, expert advice.
• Review customers' financial circumstances and provide compliant advice.
• Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers in local communities.
• Support delivery of the Financial Education programme.
