Job summary

OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic team members to support everyday store operations and engage with customers and members across communities. You don’t need prior experience; a warm, helpful attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

You’ll join a busy environment with opportunities to grow within the cooperative network. You’ll work across multiple areas including checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping, and bakery support, while promoting membership benefits and community involvement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Run checkouts, work on the shop floor, housekeeping, date code checking, temperature checks, and administration; assist in-store bakery tasks.
• Promote the benefits of membership to customers and help people join.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the in-store team.
