Job summary

Lancashire Women is seeking a facilitator for the Money Matters programme across Lancashire, including Pennine Lancashire. You will deliver engaging groups, develop social inclusion activities and support community learning initiatives.

The role is part-time (26.25 hours per week), with funding for September 2028 and subject to further renewal; open to female candidates only under the Equality Act exemption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Money Matters workshops and two-week cohorts across Lancashire.
• Develop and deliver wider social inclusion and community learning groups.
• Carry out administration, lesson planning, schemes of work and resource development.
• Engage with partners, network, market the programme and gather feedback on local needs.
