Lancashire County Council is looking for a Casual Community Support Worker (Female Only) to provide flexible care for adults with disabilities in Lancaster and Morecambe.

This role offers casual hours, mainly evenings and weekends, with full training provided and opportunities for funded qualifications. You will support personal care, community access and wellbeing while contributing to a 24/7 service.

Qualifications

• Personality, empathy and reliability valued over formal qualifications.

• Available for key shifts: evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Help individuals access meaningful community and social opportunities.
• Administer medication and assist with basic financial tracking.
• Follow individual care plans and strict risk assessments.
• Promote personal dignity, independence and wellbeing.
