Lincolnshire Co-op in the heart of Lincolnshire is looking for a Customer Services Assistant to greet customers, answer questions and help create a welcoming store environment. You’ll be part of a team that supports local communities every day, delivering friendly service and keeping the shop looking its best.

You don’t need prior retail experience; what matters is enthusiasm, strong communication, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers.
• Operate checkouts and payment systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Replenish stock and rotate displays to maintain store standards.
• Support in-store services (bakery, food-to-go) where required.
