Lincolnshire Co-op’s Food Stores are at the heart of communities across Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties. As a Customer Services Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers, replenishes shelves and keeps the store welcoming.

No prior retail experience is required; enthusiasm, teamwork and a passion for helping people are what we’re looking for. You’ll receive training and development, and you’ll be part of a cooperative that supports local initiatives and community

Responsabilités

• Looking after our customers with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service, answering questions and responding positively to feedback and requests.
• Keeping the store running smoothly by operating checkouts and payment systems, replenishing and rotating stock and keeping displays and store standards looking their best.
• Supporting our in-store services, including bakery and food-to-go areas where required.
• Being part of the team and our community by working closely with colleagues, championing our Society values and supporting membership and community initiatives.

Whether someone is doing their weekly shop, grabbing a lunchtime treat or simply stopping by for a quick chat, you'll help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back. You'll become a trusted member of the team and a familiar face within the local community.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Services Assistant, you'll:
