We’re currently growing our partner ecosystem and looking for a Digital Partner Acquisition Manager to help us scale through online communities and strategic B2B outreach.

Your mission:

Kiwitaxi is a global online platform for booking private transfers in 100+ countries. For over 12 years, we've been building a product we’re proud of — one trusted by thousands of travelers and top travel companies worldwide.

We’re currently growing our partner ecosystem and looking for a Digital Partner Acquisition Manager to help us scale through online communities and strategic B2B outreach.

Your role:

As a Digital Partner Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the crossroads of community building, digital B2B marketing, and growth. You’ll work to attract and engage new partners via online channels and platforms such as Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more.

You’ll:
  • Source and attract new B2B partners (travel agents, coaches, educational projects, etc.);
  • Build and nurture trust within online communities;
  • Test communication and outreach hypotheses, track performance, and iterate;
  • Create tailored partnership offers with basic ROI/risk assessment;
  • Support partner activation, engagement, and retention;
  • Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to align messaging;
  • Analyze results and suggest actionable improvements.
What we’re looking for:
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a love for digital communication;
  • Strong online presence and understanding of community dynamics;
  • Ability to quickly grasp business specifics and partner motivations;
  • Experience building trust and interest through relevant offers;
  • Familiarity with the partner communication funnel (from lead to retention);
  • Adaptive communication skills for various audience types (agents, bloggers, educators, etc.);
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher) — both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in affiliate or partner marketing;
  • Understanding of ROI and financial modeling in partnerships;
  • Background in the travel industry or B2B segment.
