Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde invites applications for a Community Dietitian to provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic care to adults in the South Clyde area, including a learning disability caseload. The role covers diverse community settings and works with multidisciplinary teams to support person-centred nutrition across the lifespan.

Permanent position at Ferguslie Clinic, Paisley, 36 hours across 5 days.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
• Current HCPC registration confirmed.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an evidence-based dietetic service aligned to priorities.
• Provide specialist nutritional assessment and intervention across lifespan.
• Supervise and mentor student dietitians and support staff.
• Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to local health improvement and Service development.
