Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring flexible temporary postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, driving a van and delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine.

Shifts vary; you must have a full UK manual driving licence, be physically fit to walk long distances, and be prepared to adapt at short notice. This role offers an active, community-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts vary and require flexibility to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels around your delivery area, driving a Royal Mail van and ensuring items reach customers safely.
• Provide exceptional service and be the face of Royal Mail in your community, with responsibilities across route elements and on-foot components.
