Job summary

Hafod Housing Association Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and administrative support from our Cardiff base. The role supports responding to inquiries promptly, resolving issues, and assisting customers with urgent requests.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high call volumes is beneficial.
• Housing or customer service environment experience is highly desirable.
• Welsh language skills are desirable or you’re willing to develop them.
• Ability to manage challenging calls and complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, delivering excellent service and administrative support.
• Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers by resolving issues and urgent requests, reporting to the Team Leader.
• Provide knowledge and guidance on customer queries and ensure calls are handled efficiently.
