Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact for families, offering guidance, signposting and support into Early Help services.
• Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services.
• Lead the development of vibrant “One Stop Shop” Family Hub offers tailored to local needs.
• Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming, high-quality, inclusive Family Hubs.
• Take ownership of digital engagement, ensuring websites, social media, and booking systems are accessible, up-to-date, and engaging.
