Job summary

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Community Resilience Worker (Outreach) to help families in the Family Hubs and in the community, delivering practical support and facilitating group sessions. The role focuses on outreach to those who may not otherwise access services, building resilience and brighter futures for children and families.

You will collaborate with partners, maintain safeguarding standards, and adapt to family needs in a flexible, proactive role across Lancashire.
