Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Family Hub Navigator to join the Pendle team. The role focuses on connecting families to Early Help services and shaping accessible Family Hub offerings.

The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2029, full-time (37 hours per week), with duties including digital engagement and leading Delivery Centre Support Workers to deliver inclusive services for diverse communities in Pendle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for families, offering guidance and signposting to Early Help services.
• Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services.
• Lead the development of One Stop Shop Family Hub offers tailored to local needs.
• Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming, high-quality, inclusive Family Hubs.
• Take ownership of digital engagement, ensuring websites, social media, and booking systems are accessible and up-to-date.
