Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Family Hub Navigator to join the Pendle team. The role focuses on connecting families to Early Help services and shaping accessible Family Hub offerings.

The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2029, full-time (37 hours per week), with duties including digital engagement and leading Delivery Centre Support Workers to deliver inclusive services for diverse communities in Pendle.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Family Hubs Navigator to join our Pendle team - playing a vital role in connecting children, young people, and families to the right services at the right time. This is a dynamic and people-focused role at the heart of the Family Hubs Network, where your work will directly shape how families experience support in Pendle.

International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship

You will:

• Act as a key point of contact for families, offering guidance, signposting and support into Early Help services
• Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services
• Lead the development of vibrant “One Stop Shop” Family Hub offers tailored to local needs
• Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming, high-quality, inclusive Family Hubs
