Job summary

Locala Health and Wellbeing in Calderdale is recruiting a Family Hubs Health Practitioner to join the 0-19 services within the Family Connect Team. The role is permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week) at Band 5: £32,073 - £39,043 (pro rata).
