Independent Lives in the United Kingdom is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide companionship and help an individual engage with the local community. The role requires patience, reliability and a respectful approach to support a young adult who communicates via lip-reading and BSL.

The PA will assist with social activities, walks, visits to places of interest, and developing confidence and independence, while ensuring high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Willing to undertake Enhanced DBS check if required.
• If self-employed, responsible for own DBS cost.
