Job summary

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a friendly Personal Assistant to support me in Bristol with 8 hours per week focused on developing my social, communication and independence skills. You will attend bingo, social groups and quizzes, and may accompany me to football matches or trips to Newcastle; weekend availability and a relaxed, patient approach are essential.

The role is not just companionship; it's about building confidence, enabling participation in the community and helping me make choices with support

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic people or a good understanding of autism.
• Patient and able to explain situations clearly without being judgemental.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
• Comfortable attending social venues, groups, bingo, quizzes and football matches.

Responsibilities

• Attend bingo, social groups and community activities.
• Develop and maintain social and communication skills.
