Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to back Community Nursing Services. You will handle patient records, communications and data systems, and support workforce administration, minutes, and reports.
Work independently under supervision, liaising with patients, referrers and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient, comprehensive care. Interview Date TBC.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Community Nursing Services and act as a focal point for communication between the nursing staff, patients, referrers into the service and the multi-disciplinary team. Work independently but under the direction and guidance of the Adult Community Supervisor. He/she will work in partnership with all members of the community nursing teams to ensure that patients receive an appropriate, efficient comprehensive service.
