We are seeking a motivated Band 6 Children's Community Nurse to join our Inner London Division. The role involves visiting children with various conditions, providing nursing care, training, supporting families, deputising for Team leads, and mentoring student nurses. The team covers children aged 0-18 across Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Westminster, working closely with primary care, hospitals, social services, and education.
This position offers flexible hours, excellent training, clinical and safeguarding supervision, and opportunities for skill development in community nursing.
