Job summary

NWCare is seeking compassionate Community Care Workers to join our team in Limavady and Dungiven. You will provide high-quality support in clients' homes, promoting independence, dignity and well-being. Training is provided and roles are paid, with opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

We operate a 4/3 rota with full-time and part-time positions, offering flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings and late shifts, plus mileage paid and pro rata annual leave.

Qualifications

  • No formal qualifications required; full bespoke training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised care plans tailored to individuals' needs, including daily activities and mobility.
  • Assist with medication administration and health monitoring as required.
  • Support with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to join our team in Limavady/Dungiven. This role involves providing high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. All positions are paid, and offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs, including assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Support Service Users with medication administration and health monitoring as required
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Document care activities accurately and report any concerns to senior staff

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
