Smithybrook View Extra Care Establishment in Clay Cross is recruiting two Community Care Workers to join the Northeast Extra Care Service. The role covers a 24/7 service with a focus on promoting clients' independence and delivering a range of tasks to clients across shifts.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the team works closely with health professionals, families and colleagues to ensure high standards of care and safety.

Formación

• No previous experience required; training and support provided.
• Willingness to work a three-shift rota (early mornings, afternoons and nights).
• Ability to follow care plans and risk assessments while maintaining safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with dressing, undressing and meal preparation.
• Administer prescribed medication and monitor health status.
• Support access to communal areas and accompany to activities.
• Respond to emergencies and report to the DSO as required.
• Follow care support plans and complete risk assessments.
