Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking an Extra Care Support Worker for Hare Hill, Littleborough. This permanent 30-hour-per-week role offers shifts between 7 am–10 pm, with pay to be discussed at interview. You will assist residents with personal care, meals, medications, and activities, delivering dignity and compassion in a supportive community setting.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided. A Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but enthusiasm and reliability are the key

Qualifications

• Caring nature and strong personal values.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help.
• Experience in care is preferred but not essential; full induction provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents in Extra Care Services and support care coordinators.
• Provide personal care, meals/drink, medication and daily living support.
• Recordkeeping and reporting to Team Leader/Manager; complete paperwork.
