Dexters Recruitment are seeking Community Care Workers in Norwich to support clients at home and in the community, helping maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

Successful candidates will work flexible hours (20–40 hours per week) with shifts across days, lates and nights. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential. Mileage allowance is provided. Salary is £12.71 per hour plus mileage, with a commitment to compassionate, reliable care.

• Support clients with meal preparation and assisting with meals.

• Promote independence and meet clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns or changes in wellbeing.

The successful candidates will support clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. A variety of shift patterns are available, including days, lates and nights, with flexible working hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with meal preparation and assistance with meals.
• Providing personal care while maintaining clients' dignity, privacy and independence.
• Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans and procedures.
• Following individual care plans and carrying out duties as instructed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Promoting independence and ensuring clients' needs are met.
