Dexters Recruitment are seeking Community Care Workers in Norwich to support clients at home and in the community, helping maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

Successful candidates will work flexible hours (20–40 hours per week) with shifts across days, lates and nights. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential. Mileage allowance is provided. Salary is £12.71 per hour plus mileage, with a commitment to compassionate, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow care plans, procedures and instructions.
• Flexibility to work 20–40 hours across days, lates and nights.

Responsabilités

• Support clients with meal preparation and assisting with meals.
• Provide personal care upholding dignity, privacy and independence.
• Assist with medication per care plans and procedures.
• Follow individual care plans and carry out duties as instructed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Promote independence and meet clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns or changes in wellbeing.
• Follow health and safety, safeguarding and care procedures.
