Job summary

Gentle Folk Community Care Ltd is a reputable care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred care across Norfolk. As we expand our services within the Norwich district, we are seeking dedicated care professionals to support a diverse range of clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication administration and monitoring in line with care plans
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids
• Meal preparation in line with dietary requirements and hydration needs
• Companionship and emotional support, encouraging social engagement
• Light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Supporting and following individualized care plans
• Clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Accurate record keeping and completion of care documentation
• Prompt reporting of concerns, changes, or incidents
