Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a Community Care Lead to provide operational leadership for care teams, oversee client care packages, and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory standards. Travel to various settings in Essex may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in care coordination or a senior/supervisory care role.
• Experience in complex care, supported living, or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of care delivery, rota planning, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people-management skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel as required.

About the Role

As a Community Care Lead, you will provide operational leadership to care teams, oversee client care packages, and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory standards. Working closely with operational, clinical, recruitment, compliance, and scheduling teams, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality, person-centred care.
