A healthcare service provider in Sheffield seeks experienced Community Care Assistants to join their team. Responsibilities include providing person-centred care to elderly clients and working with healthcare teams for complex needs. The position offers pay rates starting at £12.25 per hour and includes additional benefits like paid holidays and free training. Flexibility is required as shifts are on a rota basis.
Precedo Healthcare Services are looking for experienced Community Care Assistants to join our dedicated and friendly team in the Sheffield area. We specialise in the delivery of end‑of‑life care and complex care throughout Sheffield to clients living at home usually with family.
Initially on an Ad Hoc Agency basis with a view to eventual contracted hours. Our contracted hours guarantee (16‑40 hours per week) and unlike other home‑care companies we pay for the full shift, not just contact time. Shift times are typically 7am‑2pm / 3:30pm‑10pm but may vary slightly. Drivers will be paid an additional £1.50 per call. You must be able to demonstrate medication administration skills. You will be working on a rota basis, agreed at least two weeks in advance. We will work around your other commitments, however flexibility is required.

You will be required to provide the highest level of person‑centred care to our service users. We also work with multi‑disciplinary healthcare teams to care for clients with complex and very complex care needs, in their own homes.
