Nursing Direct is seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with complex care needs in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas of Sussex. The role involves supporting clients living with neurological disorders, spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and long-term health conditions in community and home settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as feeding, bathing and dressing, supporting daily routines and activities, managing challenging behaviours calmly and professionally, supporting medication administration where applicable, and promoting clients' social, emotional and developmental wellbeing.

Applicants should have proven experience delivering care to individuals with complex needs, experience with personal care, and a compassionate, patient and empathetic approach. Applicants must currently reside in the UK, have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Bognor Regis. Visa sponsorship is not available.
