As an NVQ 3 in care holder (or equivalent) you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individual care plans and ensure overall wellbeing. We value empathy, strong communication, and a nurturing work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a UK Healthcare Role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of competency checks and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals while taking into account dietary restrictions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility, including helping clients to walk or use assistive devices.
• Participate in the development and regular review of individual care plans.
