Job summary

Center for Life Management is seeking a Supported Employment Specialist to support adults in competitive community-based employment, education alignment, and independent living goals. The role emphasizes counseling, outcome tracking, and hands-on employment support in real-world settings.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working primarily in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience with motivational interviewing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and/or biweekly individual and group Supported Employment services in the community, client’s home, public, or remote via telehealth settings.
• Use motivational interviewing to support goal development, behavior change, and coping strategies.
• Engage clients in outcome tracking and employment-related goal setting.
• Provide crisis intervention when clients experience acute symptom exacerbation.
• Build relationships with employers, educators, clients, natural supports, and clinical team members.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Meet weekly billable service expectations (incentive pay available for exceeding productivity goals).
• Represent CLM professionally in all community and employer settings.
