Job summary

Catch22 is expanding its Employability division in Liverpool and seeks an Employment Specialist (career coach) to support individuals facing barriers to employment, education and training. You will deliver person-centred employment support under the SEQF fidelity model, working with disability, mental health and other complex needs, and collaborate with employers and multidisciplinary teams.

The role reports to a Team Leader within Catch22 Employability and is based in Liverpool, with

Qualifications

• Experience with learning disabilities, ASD, mental health, or complex health needs.
• Knowledge of supported employment principles and employer engagement techniques.
• Accredited SEQF level 3 qualification (delivered by The Busy Group) or working toward.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, strengths-based employment support to individuals facing barriers.
• Build trusted relationships to identify aspirations and support progression into outcomes.
• Apply supported employment principles including job matching and in-work support.
• Collaborate with employers and community organisations to create opportunities.
