Job summary

Oasis Trust in Grimsby is seeking a proactive Community Administrator to support the local team across a range of projects and events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Community Leader and wider community team.
  • Maintain purchasing, stock orders, invoices and financial administration with accurate records.
  • Support monthly finance processes and maintain expenditure records.
  • Maintain project, attendance and outcome information on EVIDE and other monitoring systems.
  • Produce reports, statistics and data summaries for monitoring and funding requirements.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content promoting activities, events and community achievements.
  • Design and produce promotional materials including posters, flyers, newsletters and digital graphics.
  • Support community engagement through digital communications and respond to enquiries.
  • Ensure communications adhere to Oasis brand standards, safeguarding and data protection regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, schools and community partners.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Community Administrator to join our team at Oasis South Grimsby. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our community work, supporting a wide range of projects, activities and events that positively impact children, young people and families across South Grimsby. As our Community Administrator, you will provide essential administrative, financial and communications support to the local team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and monitoring processes, managing social media channels, and helping to communicate the impact of our work across the community This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment where no two days are the same,

  • Experience working in an administrative role and managing a varied workload.

  • Skills in creating promotional materials, photography, video editing or graphic design.
  • Experience producing reports for funders or partner organisations.
